SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at logosgear.com! Logos Gear ships all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

 

Processing and Delivery Times 

All orders are processed within 2 days. Standard/Economy shipping is free and typically takes between 2-4 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. 

 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. 

 

Customs Fees and Import Taxes 

 

Logos Gear is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy 

 

Thank you for shopping at Logos Apparel. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. 

 

Return Window 

 

You can return your purchased items within 14 days. 

 

Return Conditions 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must: 

  • Be unused, in the same condition and not washed 

  • Be in the original packaging 

 

Return Process 

 

To initiate a return, please click the link below. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.  

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds 

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days. 

 

Exchanges 

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please submit a ticket below. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds 

 

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Your refund is submitted as soon as your package has been received back to us and is in good order.
